During your consultation, Dr. Meredith Kosann or Dr. Alyson Levine personally evaluates your skin, facial anatomy, and aesthetic priorities. Together, you’ll discuss your concerns and aspirations — whether you’re looking for subtle rejuvenation, preventative care, or a refreshed glow.

Every patient has their own comfort level — whether cosmetic, medical, or financial. Treatment goals can often be reached in different ways and on different timelines. The same outcome may take three visits or three years; the difference is communication. Let’s talk about what feels right for you.
Scheduling Your Appointment
While we will always do our best to accommodate your last-minute needs, we recommend that you schedule your appointments as far in advance as possible to ensure you get a date and time that works for your schedule. Many of our noninvasive procedures can be done at the time of your consultation. However, some do require advance planning or special appointments.

We never want our consultations to feel rushed — your appointment is designed to give you the opportunity to share your concerns, ask questions, and collaborate on a thoughtful plan tailored to you.
While social media and well-meaning friends may offer tips or product suggestions, achieving real results requires medical expertise and a customized approach. During your consultation, you have the opportunity to “pick the doctor’s brain” — to ask questions, explore options, and gain clear, evidence-based insight tailored specifically to your skin and your goals.
Consultation Fee
Our consultation fee reflects the time, education, and experience that go into providing you with honest recommendations and a plan designed just for you. We view this as an investment in your skin health — and in your confidence.

The fee for a new patient cosmetic consultation is $295. Should you decide to proceed with an in-office procedure that can be performed the same day, this consultation fee will be applied toward your treatment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, we kindly ask for more than one full business day’s notice, as this time is reserved exclusively for your consultation.
What Happens After the Appointment?
We genuinely care about your experience and want to ensure you’re happy with your results. For first-time patients — and for some of our long-term patients — we may recommend a follow-up appointment after a specified period. During this visit, your doctor will review your before-and-after photos, evaluate your results, and discuss next steps or ongoing treatment plans.
