Pellevé is a non-invasive radiofrequency (RF) treatment designed to improve skin firmness by gently heating the deeper layers of the skin. By delivering controlled RF energy, Pellevé stimulates collagen contraction and supports new collagen formation—without injuring the skin’s surface. This treatment is ideal for patients seeking gradual, natural-looking improvement who take a long-term perspective on building skin strength and maintaining longevity. Pellevé is designed for patients interested in subtle refinement and maintenance. Treatment with Pellevé has NO downtime and NO discomfort.

How Pellevé Works

Pellevé uses radiofrequency energy to heat the dermis in a precise, uniform manner. This controlled warming causes existing collagen fibers to contract while stimulating fibroblasts to produce new collagen over time. Because the epidermis remains intact, treatment is comfortable, well tolerated, and requires no recovery period.

What Pellevé Treats

  • Mild skin laxity

  • Crepey skin

  • Overall skin firmness and texture

Pellevé is commonly used on the face and neck and may be appropriate for other areas depending on individual goals. Treatment can also be focused around the eyes and jawline.

Downtime & Results

There is no downtime and no pain. Skin may feel warm or slightly flushed immediately after treatment, and normal activities may be resumed right away. Tinted sunblock may be applied immediately following treatment.

Skin may feel firmer shortly after treatment due to collagen contraction. Progressive improvement develops over several weeks as collagen remodels. A series of treatments is often recommended for optimal results, as results are subtle and cumulative.

The Skinfocused Approach

At Skinfocused, Pellevé is used thoughtfully and selectively. We view it as a refinement and maintenance treatment—ideal for early tightening or as a complement to more advanced technologies.
