Microbotox

Small amounts of Dysport or Botox are injected in tiny amounts to the face and neck, which may improve skin texture, roughness, and pore size.  By targeting the superficial fibers of the facial muscles, it can weaken their pull on the skin, which is responsible for the fine lines and wrinkles on the face and neck.
