PicoWay is an advanced picosecond laser designed to improve pigmentation, sun spots, and overall skin quality with exceptional precision. By delivering ultra-short pulses of laser energy, PicoWay targets unwanted pigment and stimulates collagen remodeling while minimizing heat exposure to surrounding tissue. This approach allows for effective treatment with minimal downtime and a high safety profile across a broad range of skin types.
PicoWay is equipped with multiple wavelengths and specialized handpieces, allowing our physicians to precisely tailor treatments across a broad spectrum of concerns, including tattoos of varying colors, melasma, sun spots, acne scars, poor skin quality, as well as age-related pigmentation.

How PicoWay Works
PicoWay delivers energy in picoseconds—trillionths of a second—creating a powerful photoacoustic effect rather than relying primarily on heat. This shatters pigment into microscopic particles that the body can naturally clear, while also triggering a regenerative response in the dermis. Because thermal injury is minimized, the surrounding skin remains largely undisturbed, supporting faster recovery and predictable outcomes.
What PicoWay Treats
Sun damage and brown spots
Freckles and uneven pigmentation
Melasma
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
Acne scarring and textural irregularities
Fine lines and early signs of aging
Overall dullness and loss of skin clarity
Tattoos
PicoWay can be used on the face, neck, chest, and other areas where discoloration or texture concerns are present.
Downtime & Results
Immediately after treatment, skin might look pink and feel warm. This minimal blotchiness may persist for 1 to 3 days. Pigmented areas may temporarily darken before fading over several days. Most patients return to normal activities immediately. Makeup can typically be applied the following morning.
Brighter, more even skin tone becomes noticeable within days to weeks, and pigment gradually fades as the body clears treated particles. Collagen stimulation continues over time, improving texture and overall skin quality. A series of treatments is often recommended for optimal, long-lasting results.

Tattoo Treatment
PicoWay is used to treat unwanted tattoos by fragmenting ink into microscopic particles that the body gradually clears. Because ink depth, density, and color vary, multiple treatment sessions are required for optimal removal.
